These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bo Sports Wholesale/Retail website (the "Site"), as well as any services, features, content, or applications offered by Bo Sports (collectively, the "Services"). 2.1. Bo Sports offers a variety of clothing and apparel products for retail and wholesale purchase. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of sale specified by Bo Sports, including but not limited to pricing, payment terms, and shipping policies.

2.2. All prices listed on the Site are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Bo Sports reserves the right to adjust prices, impose fees, or introduce new charges for the Services at any time.

2.3. Retail orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Bo Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any retail order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

2.4. Wholesale orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Bo Sports Clothing and Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any wholesale order for any reason, including but not limited to minimum order requirements, credit approval, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for orders placed through the Site must be made in full at the time of purchase. Bo Sports accepts payment via the methods specified on the Site, including credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted forms of payment.

3.2. By providing payment information to Bo Sports, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.3. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Bo Sports does not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Bo Sports will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and deliver orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carriers and customs clearance processes.

4.2. Retail shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at the time of purchase. Any additional taxes, duties, or fees incurred during shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4.3. Wholesale shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on order volume, destination, and shipping method.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Bo Sports accepts returns or exchanges for retail purchases within 14 days of receipt, subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. Wholesale returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of defective or damaged products.

5.2. To initiate a return or exchange for a retail purchase, please contact Bo Sports Clothing and Apparel Customer Service at Bosports11075@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Wholesale customers should contact their account manager or sales representative for assistance with returns or exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are the property of Bo Sports or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1.
